At Retro Revive we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the guidelines for returning items.

1. **Eligibility for Returns**:
- Returns are accepted within **14 days** of the delivery date.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear or use beyond trying on.
- Original tags (if any) and packaging must be intact.

2. **Non-Returnable Items**:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are non-returnable.
- Due to the unique nature of vintage and pre-owned items, slight imperfections or signs of previous use are expected and not considered defects.

3. **Return Process**:
- Contact us via our online chat, email or by Instagram within the 14-day return window to initiate a return.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

4. **Refunds**:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within **5-7 business days**.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. **Exchanges**:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
